after areas of Moraira. The villa is of traditional old Spanish

pool, make this villa an absolute delight. Pla del Mar is
a mature quiet residential area that avoids the usual bustle
of tourists on holiday. The village of Moraira with it's shops
numerous superb restaurants bars and banks, is within a few
minutes walk. Two superb sandy beaches are within easy walking
distance as is the delightful bay of El Portet.

there are 3 double bedrooms all with air conditioning throughout
the summer, one king size bed and built in safe. Ample wardrobe
space. 2 twin bedded rooms share a recently fitted en-suite
double sink bathroom (separate shower cubicle and bath). Further
twin shower cubicle bathroom. Fitted opening mosquito nets
on main bedrooms and bathroom windows. Washing machine, hairdryers,
iron all provided.
On the upper floor there
is a master luxury double bedroom with air con and ensuite
bathroom complete with bath and separate rounded shower cubicle.
The bedroom opens onto a magnificent terrace with commanding
views over Moraira bay and Calpe beyond. A truly wonderful
setting. This seperate bedroom complex is normally kept private
but can be made available.
Adjoining the courtyard
is a large covered terrace overlooking the private swimming
pool (10m x 4m). The pool can be heated out of season for
a charge of £75 per week - normally from March onwards
extending at the end of the season to the end of October.
There are further secluded terraces adjacent to the pool;
an outside pool shower; built in bbq area; solarium; higher
terrace; extensive covered and open seating and eating areas.
The villa also boasts an attractive and well-stocked garden,
and quiet reading and relaxing areas. Off road parking. The
large garden is planted with an array of colourful Bourgenvilla
and palms .
